Free Beanie with Fleece Purchase – Terms & Conditions
- The 'Free Beanie with Fleece Purchase' offer is available online at balter.com.au and in-store at the Balter Taproom, Currumbin, from 2:00pm AEST on 5 August 2026 until 11:59pm AEST on 31 August 2026, or while stocks last, whichever occurs first.
- To qualify, customers must purchase at least one eligible hoodie or crewneck in a single transaction.
- Customers will receive one free beanie per eligible order, regardless of the number of eligible hoodies or crewnecks purchased in that order.
- The free beanie must be added to the same order as the eligible hoodie or crew neck. The offer cannot be applied retrospectively to previous purchases.
- The free beanie is subject to availability and cannot be exchanged for another product, cash, credit or refund.
- The offer cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion or discount unless otherwise stated.
- If an eligible hoodie or crew neck is returned, the free beanie must also be returned in its original, unused condition. If the free beanie is not returned, its full retail value may be deducted from any applicable refund.
- If an order is cancelled or otherwise refunded in full, the free beanie must also be returned.
- The offer is not transferable and is not redeemable for cash or credit.
- Balter Brewing reserves the right to verify eligibility and to refuse or cancel any transaction where it reasonably believes the offer has been used incorrectly or in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
- Balter Brewing reserves the right to amend, extend, suspend or withdraw the offer at any time without notice, subject to applicable law.
- Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available to consumers under the Australian Consumer Law.
- By participating in the offer, customers agree to these Terms & Conditions.
