Refund policy

Returns

We want you to love your Balter gear, but if it’s not quite right, no worries. You can return full-price items within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or refund, as long as they’re in their original condition with tags attached.

  • Full-price items: Refunds or exchanges accepted within 30 days, including change-of-mind purchases.

  • Sale items: Refunds are only available if the item is faulty.

  • Faulty items: If your order arrives damaged or faulty, we’ll happily replace it or provide a full refund. Simply send us proof (images/description/order number) at shop@balter.com.au. If a return is required, we’ll cover the cost of sending the faulty item back.

  • Gift items: The same conditions apply, though we may need to locate the original order details before processing the return.

Please note:

  • All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. We cannot change card numbers, issue refunds via a different method, or send refunds to another person.

  • Once processed, refunds may take up to 3 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • For change-of-mind returns or exchanges, customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We recommend using registered post, as we cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit.


Exchanges

  • Exchanges will be processed once we’ve received the original item back in its original condition.

  • We can only exchange sizes of the same product - not different colourways or product types.

  • If the requested size is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.
