COAL LOTTA LOVE 3 POP UP EVENT
Join the Balter team for COAL LOTTA LOVE 3 as award winning chef's Matt Stone and Jo Barrett whip up a four course, coal fired feast in front of your eyes.
Following sold out appearances at the holy grail of hops, AKA Melbourne and Sydney’s Good Beer Weeks, it appears the team were just warming up, and are now bringing their signature event home to their loyalist supporters—that’s you, guys!
Popping up on Sunday, February 12, Coal Lotta Love 3 is a collaboration with two insanely talented young Australian chefs, who also happen to be adored members of the extended Balter family.
Multi award-winning chef Matt Stone is known for his ethical zero-waste and back-to-basics approach, not to mention a sprinkle of TV foodie fame. Together with one of the country’s rising stars, Jo Barrett, they’ll be flying in from their permanent base at Yarra Valley winery, Oakridge to cook just for you at Coal Lotta Love 3.
And because beers, barbeques, and summertime were basically made for each other, for one evening only Matt and Jo will be shipping in their custom-built flame throwing machine, to create a wickedly smokey four-course spread. All paired with Balter’s freshly tapped beers direct from the sparkling brewhouse, naturally!
While you tuck into one of the best coal-fired feasts of your life, Balter’s main man and head brewer, Scott Hargrave will be on hand with captivating
yarns about what goes into crafting one of Australia’s fastest rising boutique beer brands. Add to that some sweet tunes, visual treats on the big
screen, and a damn fab crew of fellow beer geeks lovers, and this is sure to be one of the most talked about events of 2017.
Now this is the part where you stop reading and start acting—and fast. With just 80 seats up for grabs at this special ticketed event, there’s not a lot of time to sit there contemplating. So folks, check out the dates and deets below and nab your tickets ASAP before you suffer a serious case of FOMO.
Cheers, Balter. We can’t wait for this one!
