Want to read a good story? 12 months ago Gav was a labourer. He actually help build Balter. You see Gav’s attention to detail in whatever he does is second to none. Whether it be concreting, working with timber or simply ironing his pants, he's meticulous. Now when it comes to making our beer it’s always about care and attention to detail, so naturally, we saw him as a potential Brewer. Today Gav hold’s up his first solo brew in a tinnie and it’s tasting as good as ever. He hates being the centre of attention, so we thought we’d put him on display in front of the entire internet.
